Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Plan and organize events, handle administrative tasks, and carry out assignments as directed by supervisors.
Manage social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Maintain and update official website content, write copy, and create visuals and promotional materials as needed.

Support Duties

Draft press releases on an as-needed basis.
Provide support for event planning and execution led by other team members when required.

Facebook, Short-form Video Editing, Instagram, Canva, ChatGPT, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

Languages

Chinese: Native / Fluent
English: Basic Proficiency
