Commercial & Tender Specialist

Tender/Contract Management
Support the tender process from end to end, ensuring timely submission of client-centric proposals
Respond to *ITT from clients and prepare the full tender submission including all required documentation
Drive the clarification list in every submission round
Build up project cost and pricing methodology and review/negotiate the contractual terms and conditions

Project Management
Organize and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Cable Design/Engineering, Production, Finance and Legal to develop the most optimal technical and commercial solution for the client
Timely reporting to Sr. management and support the internal approval process for contract approval

Relationship Management
Create and maintain relationships with Clients and serve as the singular point of contact for all matters and resolve any issues to ensure high client satisfaction

Internal Tools Development
Support the development of our internal processes, tools, templates and standards to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices

Need to coordinate with European working hours.
