We actively seek unique architectural landmarks throughout Taiwan and collaborate with internationally renowned designers to create distinctive, stylish boutique hotels. Job Requirement
Guest Service
Welcome guests and escort them to their seats.
Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Explain menu items and offer recommendations when appropriate.
Restaurant Operations
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Coordinate with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
Clear tables, collect used dishes, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
Facility & Environment Maintenance
Ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment and service tools.
Table Setup & Dining Preparation
Prepare and arrange table settings according to menu offerings and service standards.
Assist with table decoration and dining area presentation when required.
Guest Satisfaction
Deliver exceptional hospitality and contribute to enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback.
Additional Duties
Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned by supervisors.
