Today, in the heart of Taichung’s Zhonghua Road Night Market district, we are developing one of Asia’s most exciting destination bars alongside an elegant, design-focused boutique hotel, bringing fresh energy to Taichung’s international hospitality scene.

• Perform guest room cleaning and preparation, including changing bed linens, making beds, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming.

• Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities, such as shampoo, body wash, towels, and toilet paper.

• Report room damages, maintenance issues, or lost-and-found items.

• Collect, organize, and coordinate the laundering of linens and bedding on a daily basis.

• Assist with scheduled guest room maintenance and deep-cleaning projects.

• Support the cleaning and upkeep of public areas throughout the property.

• Perform basic maintenance and care of hotel facilities and equipment.

• Complete additional duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

• Eligible for an Overbooking Incentive Bonus (performance-based bonus related to overbooked room sales).

1. Enrollment in Labor Insurance, National Health Insurance, and Labor Pension contributions in accordance with government regulations.
