Backend Engineer

You will be responsible for designing and building internal backend systems that connect our ERP (NetSuite), POS, HR and membership systems.

You will work closely with analysts and business teams to deliver stable, secure and maintainable services that actually help stores and operations run better.

Over 2 years of backend development experience, with hands-on ability to independently develop web backends using Python.

Ability to independently design database schemas; familiar with relational databases (MySQL or similar).

Proficient with Git version control; practical experience or solid understanding of CI/CD.

Possess product thinking and willingness to understand business scenarios, not just write code.

Understanding of basic testing / TDD concepts and willingness to write tests to ensure quality.

Familiar with AI automation and collaboration tools (e.g., n8n, AnyCross, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
