Store Opening Application Documents and Contract Management
Review documents for new store construction contracts and complete the contract application process in accordance with company guidelines.
Apply for deposits and final payments based on contract payment terms and construction acceptance results, and track review and payment schedules.

Store Opening Engineering Coordination
Assist the department with domestic and overseas new store construction tasks, completing administrative and coordination work according to project timelines.
Assist in communicating and coordinating with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
Support department supervisors or project leads in executing ad-hoc tasks and related coordination work.

A background in engineering-related work is preferred.
