Accountant

Accounts Payable:
1、Handle invoices and payments, ensuring all transactions are properly approved, supported with relevant documents, and correctly recorded.
2、Record general expenses and employee reimbursements into the accounting system; prepare accounts payable reports for review.
3、Maintain loan payment schedules.
4、Provide wire transfer payment information to ensure timely invoice payments on the due date.
5、Handle related tax filings.

Accounts Receivable:
1、Prepare daily deposits, update deposit ledgers, and input cash receipts into the accounting system.
2、Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
3、Create new customer files and maintain contract documents to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
4、Maintain sales orders, verify packing lists, and prepare weekly invoices.
5、Update the manager on weekly revenue reports.
6、Prepare biweekly accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on collections.
7、Prepare monthly California sales and use tax filings.
8、Cash Management:Monitor and control company bank account balances and cash flow.

Qualifications:
1. To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to satisfactorily carry out all essential duties. Work must be accurate, organized, and detail-oriented.

Education and Experience:
Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:
1、Education – Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
2、Strong proficiency in Excel and computer literacy is essential.
3、Attention to detail, integrity, and curiosity are critical for success in this role.
4、Proficiency in reading and writing English at an intermediate to advanced level, with basic conversational ability.
5. Experience of accounting is a plus.
6 High willingness and adaptability for overseas assignments.
7. ERP – Experience with SAP is a plus.
